Responsibilities: - As a Business Analyst/Strategist, you will be responsible for leading various strategic projects involving both internal and external stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to support the Founder's Office and deliver high-value projects to transform the business, establish new lines of business, and accelerate growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing business plans, growth strategies, competitive analysis, and business transformation plans. - Building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key stakeholders. - Suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth. - Driving and overseeing the progress of multiple key strategic projects. Requirements/ Skills: The successful candidate will have: - 1-3 years of prior experience in strategy roles from product or management consultancy, with prior start-up experience preferred. - Strong strategic thinking skills with experience in analyzing and solving complex problems. - A growth mindset, with a willingness to continuously learn and push the boundaries. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders. - An entrepreneurial and independent mindset, with a self-starter mentality, and the ability to take ownership of projects. - A high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
