Job Description:
- Lead all analytics activities for last-mile
- Collaborate with business, product and technology to provide impeccable customer experience
- Work, analyze, evaluate, and generate business and strategical insights on how users (last mile ops/customers) are interacting with our SC and factor that into our network design
- Lead investigations into multiple streams of data, analyze users (based on behaviour and transactions) to empower SC to drive efficiencies
