Jumbotail - Associate Program Manager - Supply Chain

We're looking for a Associate Program Manager- Supply Chain who can :

- Be responsible for empowering Supply Chain Last Mile Operations with process innovation, data, insights, and help in expansion.

- Build scalable processes, leverage technology to increase efficiencies, reduce losses and give a great customer experience.

- Develop, measure, monitor and report process KPIs and parameters across the Last Mile operations

- Represent the planning team & co-ordinate with different business verticals to predict capacity at monthly, quarterly and yearly level.

- Also work closely with operations team to ensure desired capacity is in place

- Improve efficiency, utilisation and productivity across Last Mile operations (e.g. increasing vehicle utilization, Out-for-Delivery compliance, decreasing customer door-step Time, etc)

- Be responsible for increase in Fill Rate of Customers - Reduction of errors, missing and damages in Last Mile Operations

- Be responsible for setting up ground-staff incentive structure and improve employee engagement

- Represent Planning in setting up the new Last Mile centers across geographies

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has :

- Knowledge of regional languages as most of our customers communicate in their regional languages. (Kannada Preferable )

- Willingness to work on field and get hands dirty

- Passion to work with startups, especially food and grocery industry

- Willingness to go above and beyond for customers with high bias for action

- Graduation/Masters from premier institutes

- 2-4 years of work experience in customer facing (F2F) role
