2. Identifying unmet requirements of the market

3. Identifying sources of supply-Trader/Commission Agent/Miller/FPO

4. Identifying and tracking price points for different commodities

Vendor Management :

1. Identifying and onboarding suppliers

2. Price negotiation

3. Quality management

4. Monthly Reconciliations

5. Credit Cycle management
