We are looking for a Dynamic, driven person to Head the sales for a super luxury automobile brand in Mumbai and rest of Maharasthra.
Sales Managers/Head from any sales driven Luxury Industry are welcome to apply
Objectives/Purpose :
- Assume overall responsibility of ensuring achievements of sales targets for new and pre-owned luxury cars, accessories, extended warranty plans and financial services instruments
- Responsible to build and retain a team of highly motivated and well trained sales consultants.
- Responsible to ensure high customer satisfaction in each customer interaction
- Achieve objectives for gross profit and volume
Personality traits:
- Must have an analytical mind-set to understand and resolve business issues
- Well groomed and pleasing personality. He/she must be capable to represent the brand in events and must be confident and articulate to address large audiences in an influential manner
- Must have the ability to inspire and lead people
- Must also be luxury oriented in terms of knowledge of various luxury brands. Should have the ability to connect well with affluent customers using small talk topics such as international trends, lifestyle accessories, and developments in the area of sports, arts, literature, music etc.
- He/ she must actively demonstrates enthusiasm for products and services, the brand and the company
Qualification/ Experience:
- BE/MBA with minimum 12 years of experience in auto industry, thereof minimum 5 years of experience in leading a sales team
- Experience in luxury automobiles is advantageous
- Excellent analytical, people management skills
- Must have good working knowledge of computers
