Business Unit : Jubilant Generics   Department: Legal  Location Corporate Office - Noida, Sec-16A ( Film City)  Reports to : Head Legal  Summary of Job :   - In-house Counsel responsible for review of long term contracts, Non disclosure agreements, legal notices and all legal issues for International Locations.  Key Responsibilities   - Handle second review of all long term contracts, Non - Disclosure Agreements and all legal Issues for US & Europe  - Handle second review of all long term contracts and Non - Disclosure Agreements for Canada.  - Contract drafting and review of Pharmaceutical Contract manufacturing agreements, distribution agreements, Custom Research and Manufacturing Services agreements, confidentiality Disclosure agreements, Term sheets, Supply agreement of generic pharma products, licensing agreements, employment contracts.  - Advice HODs and Business associates on various Legal issues and various Laws from time to time.  Qualification & Experience :   - Experience: 9 + years of relevant experience  - LLB Graduate  - LLM is desirable but not mandatory.  Key Competencies   - Understanding of Regulatory & Compliance requirements  - Excellent written and communication skills
