Head - Finance &amp; Accounts (Female candidates are preferred) Key Responsibilities : - Statutory Reporting for Quarterly and Annual Reporting under SEBI and Companies Act in accordance with the compliance with the Accounting standards . - Management Accounts: Over view timely and accurately preparation of monthly management accounts for different businesses and report of Budget V/s Actual - Subsidiary Accounts: Supervision of accounts and controls process for all subsidiaries (China, USA, Belgium, Infra etc.) - Manufacturing Accounting for Plants: Overview, effective ness of controls, efficiency of processes. Cost Audit. - Supply Chain Accounting: Over view AP process and timely payments - Revenue Accounting and controls: Overview of process, Controls around credit process and timely receipt of export related documents in compliance with FEMA. - Ensure the proper and effective control framework around the financial transaction - Dealing with Statutory, Internal &amp; Tax and cost Auditors. - Audit Committee related inputs, control over Related party transaction. Working in close coordination with Company secretary - Assisting CFO in special projects The Person : Qualifications &amp; Experience : - Minimum CA, preferred degree in addition to CA is : ICWA / MBA finance with 15 to 20 years of exp in Preferable listed manufacturing company of a revenue size of 2500 Cr plus. - Should have worked minimum 12+ years in core accounting function of Statutory reporting, Manufacturing accounting, Sales accounting, FP&amp;A - Experience in manufacturing industry would be preferred Personal Characteristics : - Relationship Orientation - Should have ability able to develop strong and effective relationship with Top Management, Business Functions and. - Proven negotiation skills and strong presentation skills. - Ability to work in a matrix organization.
