Country Sales Manager - United Kingdom ( Oral Dosage Forms )

Job Purpose :

The UK country manager will be responsible for the identification, evaluation and internal implementation of new business opportunities and models to enable marketing to expand the business across UK.

Key Accountabilities :

1) Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to establish short term and long term sales and margins.

2) Hands on experience in developed UK generic business from beginning.

3) Should have direct contact with decision makers of major UK NHS tenders, CCG, national schemes, large and medium size retail pharmacy chains and distributors.

4) Growing the customer base both direct and via distribution.

Adopting the correct market entry strategies and aligning Organizational resources accordingly. Implement pricing and market strategy

5) Instinct for the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities.

6) Considerable licensing experience and understanding of international marketing expertise.

7) Considerable contract law knowledge and negotiation skills.

Functional Skills :

- In depth knowledge of UK generic business (NHS tenders/ CCG/ National Schemes/ Big and medium retail chain pharmacies)

- Receivable management & the impact of it on the budgeted numbers.

- Interface with decision makers within the UK generic industry & the impact of it on the industry.

Behavioral Skills :

- Should be a go getter in achieving desired results.
