Jubilant FoodWorks - Senior Revenue Manager (6-10 yrs)
Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth and this creates both challenges and opportunities. While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with with Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations.
Purpose:
Manager Revenue and P&L for Domino's India, Own AOP and Budget Planning & Define Strategic Growth Plan.
Key Accountabilities
- Understand & implement action plan basis the industry trend, competitive landscape, customer behaviour and market movement.
- Create AOP / Annual Budget & Monthly Forecast (S&Op) with channel wise strategy
- Own Promotional Calendar and Budget with objective of optimizing the promotional Spends (+400 cr)
- Deep dive and analyze the sales, growth, customer behaviour and trends to build growth charts and give business insights leading to business actions
- Own Pricing for All Products, find opportunities, analyze with competition benchmarking, implement and investigate post implementation impact
- Continuous A/B testing on improving CRM Actions/ Digital Plans/Promotions/Product Pricing/etc
- Steer additional cross functional projects on Revenue, Pricing or Bottom-line impact
Team Size
Direct Team: LIST OUT DIRECT REPORTS.AS APPROPRIATE.
Indirect Team: PEOPLE IN REGION, CORPORATE, CIRCLE.AS APPROPRIATE.
