Senior Manager - Services Sourcing/Indirect Procurement l Jubilant Foodworks l Noida

- The position has responsibility for sourcing of services including, AMCs etc. and all indirect material across for JFL's business with an utmost focus on cost and ensuring the long term supplier relationships.

- The person proactively develops and integrates short term/long-term sourcing strategies providing technological expertise.

- Collaborating with other cross functional teams focused on cost control, process improvements or other specific supply chain initiatives to achieve competitive advantage and improve responsiveness to customer demand.

- Develops and owns the relationship with suppliers including development and execution of business plans to meet corporate objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Define procurement strategies for key categories and execute

a. Cost Model & TCO

b. Industry Analysis

c. Understanding of buying Cycles & correlation with other services

d. Capacity Building - Supplier Base Expansion

e. Commercial Negotiations and Sourcing Tools (RFI, RFP/RFQ, Reverse Auction using SAP Ariba)

f. Contract Management

- Capability Building - Lead and develop the team

- Ensuring right governance and controls in line with organizational policies and SOPs

- Researches and analyses market intelligence data for trends in services' prices which could directly impact category spend

- Understand business, demand and requirements and its implications on sourcing and supplier base

- Annual Budgeting and Planning - Ensuring costs delivered as per budget

- Identify & implement value engineering initiatives for cost optimization

- Closely work with user and related cross functional teams to ensure on time in full availability of services or material.

- Build strong relationship with suppliers for long term competitive advantage

- Build robust mechanisms for tracking market prices and benchmarking with competition

- Stakeholder management:

a. Internal - Various functions- Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain Centres, Quality & Regulatory, Product Development, Marketing, Finance & Legal

b. External - Business Partners, Industry Bodies, Research Organizations etc.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :

- 6-8 years of experience in sourcing, category management, supplier development, contracting & negotiations in Indirect/ Services buying in food service / FMCG industry

- Qualification - B.E. and MBA from premier Colleges

- Exposure on ARIBA platform will be an added advantage

- Good interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders

- Ability to lead team and manager cross functional stakeholders & business partners

- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment

- Experience of building, strengthening and sustaining strong supplier relationships

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- Team player, self-driven, Analytical and problem solving

- Flexible, ability to work independently
