Sr. Manager - Key Accounts & Activations - Chef Boss Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth. As part of the expansion plans we have recently launched a new business of consumer products (FMCG) to serve consumers in their homes. The business was launched under the brand name of ChefBoss and consists of a range of sauces (ready to cook sauces and tables sauces). Currently the brand is available on ecommerce and Modern Trade in NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore. This role will work within this new business division. Position Summary: This position is responsible for: - Delivering Volume, Market share & GP goals for the assigned modern trade customers, by building & executing customer-wise AOP's: 50% weightage - Planning & Driving activation objectives to support building block of sales team on the ground: 50% weightage - The role also involves significant collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute plans to grow business as per plan and gain market share. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 1. Key account responsibilities: - Achieve/Exceed Volume, Share and GPM (Gross Profit Margins) Target in the assigned Key accounts of Modern Trade. - Implement, negotiate and manage JBPs to deliver mutually profitable sales growth for assigned customers. Sell win- win solutions to customers to deliver to McCain and customer goals. - Ensure delivery of execution KPIs for assigned customers across geographies - Design & execute RER initiatives to drive recruitment, expansion and share retention goals in-line with channel strategy - Collaborate with sales teams in regions to align execution plans; support teams in execution & review. - Manage ; terms of trade with customers to create win-win situation on customer expectations & McCain margin requirements - Track, review and drive category-wise growths and shares in assigned accounts - Execution of new launches as per aligned launch goals - Ensuring controls & financial hygiene: Along with Commercial & Supply Chain team, KAM is supposed to have check on system hygiene at customers on aspects like short payments, asset implementation, visibility and promotion deployment, discount hygiene etc. 2. Activation responsibilities: - Align prioritized customer specific activations for the segment to deliver brand growth aspirations. - Designing desired activation plan to fulfil the branding building objectives. - Deliver an annual activation plan which is aligned to category growth drivers, customer needs and influences shopper throughput the path to purchase. - Owning & driving Store promoter program along with handing the agencies, executing them on ground. - Effectively adapt and adjust activity plans to reflect the changing customer & internal environment. - Ensure activity plans are aligned across sales team & support into the S&OP & process. - Ensure in-store POS & sales selling stores are tailored appropriately for assigned customer/channel & designed to maximize conversion & impact at the outlet/channel. - Responsible for successful execution of the entire BTL plans with the help of the on-ground team. Team Size Direct Team: 2-3 Indirect Team: Work along with other team member from corporate supply chain, commercial, chef teams, etc. Qualification: - Masters in Business Administration - 6-8 years sales & key account management experience (FMCG modern trade experience preferred) - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Good skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. Prior experience in SAP is a plus. - Sales and goals-oriented personality - Should be willing to travel extensively
