Senior Manager - IT (International Operations)

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:

1. Lead and Drive projects for setting up IT infrastructure, networking, security and IT operations for international business units.

2. Setup standard processes for rolling out IT setup for new countries. Standard templates to be developed which can be customised depending on country specific requirements

3. Work closely with internal JFL IT and business team and actively working with international IT and business teams to manage stakeholder expectations. Lead all discussions for scoping the IT requirements for rolling out new country operations, International projects and change management initiatives.

4. Lead budget planning exercise for new country rollout and annual capex and opex budget preparation for international operations.

5. Actively work with local IT teams to develop vendor base for procurement of hardware and services

6. Lead review meetings with local IT teams to ensure compliance of various SLAs as per signed agreements with IT service providers.

7. Lead review meetings for tracking and addressing compliance requirements as part of various internal and external audit assignments.

8. Ensure cyber security compliance for international IT operations as per standards defined by JFL IT and International IT.

9. Keep track of latest tech advancements in international countries and develop plans to implement new technology initiatives by working closely with JFL IT and international IT operations.

10. Share best practices from India IT operations and international IT operations and create a knowledge base.

11. Ensure adequate measures are in place to secure confidential information such as customer data.

12. Project planning, tracking milestones and sharing project status with senior management in JFL IT and International IT. Highlight key issues, areas of improvements and support required for each specific project/country.

- 14 - 16 years of experience in IT Project and Program Management/Delivery/Operations

- Should have experience of international operations spanning multiple countries

- Should be open to travelling internationally

- Should have experience of working with ERP (Preferably SAP) Integrated environment

- Should have experience in either Retail or Hospitality / Aviation / Banking/Insurance Industry

- Experience in Dominos PULSE POS and GOLO will be added advantage.

- Experience in delivering projects as part of multi-country cross cultural teams working across multiple time zones.

- Should be good at working in situations of ambiguous and conflicting requirements.

- Should be able to deliver under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.

- Experience in vendor management and negotiations.

- Experience in delivering data integration projects to manage end to end data flow between POS and ERP with use of various middleware systems.

- B. Tech (Computer Engineering) / MS (Computer Science) / B.Sc. (Computers) / MCA / BC

- MBA (desired not mandatory)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is must have.

- Must be able to manage multiple stakeholders within different teams spread across geographically
