- HR Transformation Standardization Initiatives
- Evaluates existing processes, quantifying, and identifying opportunities to standardize, create SLAs
- Utilizes process data and metrics to identify business process challenges, recommends & implements innovative solutions for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness that drive the People Experience.
- Establish and own HR Operations Process metrics, identifying key trends and providing input around improvements
- Proactively identify and drive implementation of continuous improvement opportunities
- Responsible for understanding and documentation of excellent end-to-end HR and HR operations business processes flows and ensuring upstream and downstream impacts within and outside of the functional area are robust, well understood and meet quality standards
- Drive HR Process Transformation activities to move work using SAS principles
- Support the HRIS lead in driving the HR systems changes for implementing the HR processes end to end
- Utilize an agile mindset to keep pace with the changing Business needs and partner with the HRIS Team and Business stakeholders and vendor to implement the changes
- Create change management Plans to drive process changes
- Work with a continuous improvement mindset to keep on evolving the current solution and keep them relevant with the changing Business needs.
- Work hand in hand with Business partners to translate their needs into system requirements
- Partner with IT team and Process Stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure successful implementation
- Ability to collaborate & influence successfully across the enterprise at all levels of the organization
- Ensure that the functional groups are trained and using tools and technologies available to drive portal utilization
- Develop Process flows and RACI documents to support Process Management
