Senior Manager Finance (Techno-Functional Role) Looking candidates from B2C companies - Internet / Ecommerce. Roles and Responsibilities : - Position is accountable for ensuring business partnering & financial controls for Consumer Tech, Enterprise Tech / Digital team for ongoing & to be business projects. - Business case evaluation, size of prize working for each digital project - Pre & post analysis for business case delivery - Enabling Quarterly governance & prioritisation - Ensuring right accounting & capitalisation of each project - Supporting stakeholder to ensure that new business process goes smoothly with built in financial control in place (UAT, pilot, go live, pre-post support - Prepare the presentations, reports and fulfil any other type of requirement from time to time for the management. Communication Internal: - Departments like Digital, Product & IT - Finance & Accounts External: - Payment Gateways, Food Aggregator i.e. Bill desk, Paytm, Payu, Zomato. Swiggy etc. - Different Stakeholder i.e. Quickcilver, Walkin etc. - Auditors and Consultant i.e PWC - Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: - 8-10 years' experience, CA /ICWA Finance with experience in similar sized preferred in technology oriented company, scale complexity - Must have handled Techno functional role - Should preferably have exposure of working in SAP, Teck oriented - Should have the ability to lead cross functional teams towards common goals. - Excellent communication & analytical skills - Should possess excellent interpersonal skills. - Strong on personality and clear point of view and authoritative to drive controllership across functions.
