Senior Manager - Finance - International Operations

FINANCE :

- Setting and Controlling of Accounting Systems & processes

- Reporting & Analysis

- Responsible for Monthly P&L and performance analysis country division

- Assisting Country team in Annual Budgeting, validating of various budget inputs on their logic and aligning them with company directions

- Business Support

- Driving Corporate Governance & Compliance

- Working closely with JV Partner or Country Leadership Team

- CA with 8 - 10 years of experience in a large tech enabled / large retail/ delivery organization

- Experience of working in a SAP environment

- Ability to use appropriate metrics and data to inform business related decisions and activities.

- Ability to successfully work with and appropriately influence colleagues at multiple levels

- Extremely strong communication and relationship building skills and is confident and effective working with all levels of the organization
