Jubilant Foodworks - Senior Manager - B2B Sales (8-10 yrs)
Business Development:
- Track Food Service / QSR industry to understand customer landscape; identify market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals
- Generate new leads of potential customers; responsibility to acquire new food service accounts
- Engage with senior management of the client for new business development and managing relationship
- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet customer requirements and internal profitability targets
- Manage post sales activities (be a single point of contact for the customer)
- Planning and implementing product demos, local campaigns and sales promotions to potential customers to build on the new concept
- Provide customer focus, build genuine partnerships and share multidisciplinary connect that jointly generates unique solutions
- Setting up distributor network and managing this distribution network
New Product Development:
- Identify specific customer needs and work with product development team to fulfill the requirement
- Expand business / product portfolio with existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Qualification and Skills:
- B2B sales / account management experience in QSR / Food Service industry (at least 8 years- experience)
- Category sales experience in bakery / sauces / seasoning is desirable
- Good network and exposure in HORECA / QSR industry
- Strong business orientation and commitment to goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding customer's business requirements and presenting the new concept and creating valuable partnerships
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Experience in annual plans for sales volumes, margins and pricing
- Understanding of Food Service industry landscape, customer profile, customer needs
- Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results
