Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (JFL/Company) is part of Jubilant Bhartia group and is one of India's largest food service Company, with a network of 1,335 Dominos Pizza restaurants across 282 cities (as of March 31, 2020). The Company has the exclusive rights to develop and operate Dominos Pizza brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.

At present, it operates in India, and through its subsidiary companies in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The Company also has exclusive rights for developing and operating Dunkin Donuts restaurants for India and has 34 Dunkin Donuts restaurants across 10 cities in India (as of March 31, 2020).

JFL has entered into the Chinese cuisine segment with its first owned restaurant brand, Hongs Kitchen and has 4 Hongs kitchen restaurant across 2 cities in India (as of March 31, 2020).

Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth and this creates both challenges and opportunities. While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a 2000+ Restaurant with Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations.

We are looking for an experienced Process Excellence Lead who thrives on the challenges to make sure that our HR Processes are policies are well defined follow the principles of Simplification , Automation & Standardization(SAS)

1. Key Responsibilities

- HR Transformation Standardization Initiatives

- Evaluates existing processes, quantifying, and identifying opportunities to standardize, create SLAs

- Utilizes process data and metrics to identify business process challenges, recommends & implements innovative solutions for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness that drive the People Experience.

- Establish and own HR Operations Process metrics, identifying key trends and providing input around improvements

- Proactively identify and drive implementation of continuous improvement opportunities

- Responsible for understanding and documentation of excellent end-to-end HR and HR operations business processes flows and ensuring upstream and downstream impacts within and outside of the functional area are robust, well understood and meet quality standards

- Drive HR Process Transformation activities to move work using SAS principles

- Support the HRIS lead in driving the HR systems changes for implementing the HR processes end to end

- Utilize an agile mindset to keep pace with the changing Business needs and partner with the HRIS Team and Business stakeholders and vendor to implement the changes

- Create change management Plans to drive process changes

- Work with a continuous improvement mindset to keep on evolving the current solution and keep them relevant with the changing Business needs.

- Work hand in hand with Business partners to translate their needs into system requirements

- Partner with IT team and Process Stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure successful implementation

- Ability to collaborate & influence successfully across the enterprise at all levels of the organization

- Ensure that the functional groups are trained and using tools and technologies available to drive portal utilization

- Develop Process flows and RACI documents to support Process Management

2 QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

- Technical Skill set

- Visio, Process flow creation skills

- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills

- Exposure to Power BI, basic excel automations

- Stakeholder Management

- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills using creative techniques.

- Advanced communication skills with the ability to communicate concepts to both a technical audience and to Business oriented audiences.

- Ability to track and define milestones using project management Skills

- Exposure to Process Management Tools and methodology

- 8-10 years of HR operations experience specifically around process documentation and Management

- BE or B.Tech (Computer science)

- MBA HR
