KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for identification/tie-ups/pipeline of sites with non competitor brands.
- Exploring different avenues for extending retail presence of Dominos Store across diversified locations - Railway Stations/Airports/Metro Stations etc.
- Strategic alliance with different players/brands/petrol pumps.
- Track upcoming Developments & create pipeline for Regional Teams through LOI/EOI for Future Development.
- Track and propose locations through Biding/tendering with Govt/Non Govt institutions
- Coordination with the Legal, Operations, Finance and Projects departments of the company to ensure smooth execution of the agreement / project.
- Management with legal department for timely execution of agreements.
- Coordinating/Tie ups/acquisition for sites with Metro, Airports Authority, and Railways.
- Collection and reviewing rental and other commercial benchmark data of properties in identified cities and identified locations.
- Liaison between Regional Business Development Team and other departments in the Corporate - Accounts, Legal and Corporate Affairs.
- Complete or review appropriate forms/documentation related to acquisition/reports thus ensuring compliance of the processes and documentations required for internal audit as well as reports required for International.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Graduate/MBA
- 5 -7 Years in Retail/Shop/QSR with at least 2 -3 years in property acquisition/retail development.
- Good in Communications- Written and Spoken.
- Analytical - Hands on of with Excel/PowerPoint/MS Office.
- Good in Negotiations.
