In addition, Jubilant has recently announced entry & setting up of Domino's Pizza in Bangladesh. Beyond these, JFL remains open to exploring opportunities for Domino's in other International markets in consultation with Domino's International.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial & experienced Lead Product Manager to join our growing Digital Product & Design organization.

- The Digital Product & Design organization is responsible for building the next generation of best-in-class digital experiences for Millions of users across India and the South Asia market for JFL.

- As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution on some of our key focus areas and deliver delightful experiences for millions of users for food discovery, ordering and fulfilment on Domino's Pizza's / Dunkin- Donuts / Hong's Kitchen in India and in JFL's key markets.

- Your mission will be to identify the right problems to solve and take resulting product ideas from conception, through validation, to successful roll-out, followed by iteration and scaling as needed. This will include working closely with peers and other leaders across product analytics, product design, user research, engineering, QA, marketing, operations, finance and guest relations.

What will be your key responsibilities ?

- Analyse Voice of Customer and Data from varied internal and external sources, competition and industry, and customer surveys to identify problems and opportunities, emerging trends and areas for product improvement.

- Build and prioritize hypothesis and drive user research to validate / reject ideas and hypothesis. Conduct regular usability testing and experiments to ensure that we define and build what is right for the customer. Obsess over a user centric design (mental models, storyboards, personas, contextual research, prototyping) by working closely with the Product Design team.

- For your ownership product areas, build a customer-obsessed product strategy and execution roadmap across brands and markets - for the short term to get quick wins and for the mid-to-long term to ensure sustainable customer happiness and business impact.

- Develop detailed product requirements documents, user stories, sprint plans and milestones, and work collaboratively with User Research, Product Design, Engineering, QA and Product Analytics across sprints to determine the best implementation and timely launch with the highest level of quality.

- Define success metrics for each feature and experience. On an everyday basis, track key product funnels and success metrics and identify continuous areas of improving the experience basis a strong data-driven mindset.

- Be the evangelist and owner of all communications and presentations across the organization for your product portfolio.

What will you need to succeed in this role?

- You are obsessed about users - you place yourself in the position of your users, feel their problems and are driven to design and make something amazing for them. You have driven user research and usability studies in the past.

- You are extremely data-driven and comfortable in doing number crunching and harnessing data to drive actionable insights. You are detail-oriented and look at all product funnels on a daily basis.

- You are passionate about mobile apps and the latest technologies and have a keen eye and understanding of what makes a good mobile experience.

- You are an extremely confident communicator (oral, written and presentations) and are able to productively collaborate and influence your peers and cross-functional teams to build the right experience for customers.

- You are self-driven and are comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment and can easily switch contexts as and when needed.

- You are extremely curious and will be someone who will take the initiative to dig into the who, why, where, what & how.

- You have experience of working with agile development teams and in putting product development processes in place.

- Most importantly, you have an extremely positive - Can Do- attitude which continuously drives you to take initiative and demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation.

Qualification:

Education: MBA or a M.S. + a Bachelors degree preferably in either of engineering, design, analytics, statistics, psychology or a sciences major

Experience:

Work experience: 5 years of experience in Product Management (of which at least 3 years building a consumer-tech product) in a consumer Internet or e-commerce company, with relevant experience of building mobile products at scale
