Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Investment Strategy for the surplus funds at the Company and with the PF trusts of the Company
- Maintain Compliance with the regulatory framework and mandate give to treasury department
- Generate maximum post tax return on the Investment portfolio
- Maintain the security of the funds and mitigate the investment risks through continuous monitoring.
- Handling of normal banking operations from payment side.
- Maintain relationship with Banks and Financial Institutions.
- Scan environment and look for innovative opportunities of investment
Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant with 10 years of experience in managing investment portfolio of a large company or Bank.
- A strategic thinker and a result-driven individual, has the ability to understand business needs and is solution oriented.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- An excellent people manager and leader; able to recruit, develop and retain a high calibre team across diverse departments.
- Ability to energise his/her team with a clear vision of the business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
