Team Direct Team: Field training Indirect Team: will work with other functions like sales, NPD, Supply Chain etc Candidate Profile: - Any stint in a start-up environment or new business division within a large organization, will be useful - An independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair and should be comfortable with making decisions - Be willing to travel - Qualification - Post Graduate/Graduate/Hotel Management Experience - 10-12 yrs. of quality experience in the field of Operations/ Skill based Training in QSR / Retail Industry.
