- Responsible for complete CRM strategy and execution.

- Create meaningful data visualizations that communicate your findings and relate them back to how your insights create business impact.

- Data mining using state-of-the-art methods. Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis. Exploratory data analysis so you can navigate a dataset and develop/ recommend CRM activities plan in order to build customers - loyalty, new customer acquisition & drive consumption

- Basic understanding of consumer segmentation

- Collect data from all kinds of different sources, from web APIs, to internal databases encoded in SQL

- Use algorithms and programming to efficiently go through large datasets and apply treatments, filters and conditions to your data.

- Applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high quality prediction systems integrated with our products to deliver customer insights and make recommendations

- Identify different customers- profiles to reduce attrition rate and improve retention and usage of customer

- Optimization of CRM/marketing activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation

- Ability to use - R-, SPSS, SAS & other analytical front end software like Microsoft Power BI, Tableu/Clickview etc.

- Create statistical models in the tools ( predictive behaviour, Churn analysis, Responders, ) and use these to give stimuli to the consumer through different media vehicles ( like Sms, email, notifications, FB & other social targeting

- Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems. use algorithms and programming to efficiently go through large datasets and apply treatments, filters and conditions to your data.

- Identification of key trends and criteria that influence customer behaviour like consumption and loyalty

- Spontaneous initiation of any analysis that can generate customer insight or operational projects to add value to the customer relationship

- Assessment of CRM and promotional activities according to their efficiency and profitability

- Custodian of customer database with specific responsibility for maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity

- Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on monthly basis

- Ability to enrich customer data from external sources - online and offline
