Jubilant FoodWorks - Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts (3-5 yrs)
JOB PURPOSE:
1. Able to handle accounting of a large retail company
2. Hands on experience in Handling Audits
3. Able to handle Financial Controls and Very good experience in Finalization of Accounts.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description Performance Indicators
FIXED ASSET REGISTER (FAR) & AUDIT
1) FAR updation and Addition /Discard of assets.
2) Calculation of Depreciation.
3) Schedules/and analysis of various GL assigned from time to time and to help in finalisation of Quarterly Limited review /Internal/ Statutory/ Tax Audits.
4) No negative points form auditors
CAPEX BUDGET
1) Prepare restaurants wise depreciation budget and provide analysis of the same to the management.
2) Uploading of Capex Budget in SAP, preparation of projects and WBS for the same.
3) Capex Suppliers ageing/ Pending GRN/SRN reporting.
4) Comparison of Budget Vs Actual Capex of new stores / others and follow up with the respective stakeholders for the same.
5) Interaction with Internal and external Departments
6) No complaints from the customer (I.e. Project team and other interested.)
7) Capex Bill checking & processing.
OTHER PROJECTS/ASSIGNMENTS
Physical Verification and Tagging of Fixed Assets
1) Getting the physical verification & tagging of Fixed Assets done and closure of deficiencies reported on the same.
2) Preparing the Write-off/Discard to be taken for the shortfall and adjustment for the material transfers made.
To complete the assigned project within the deadline
OTHER MIS
1) Depreciation & Discard MIS.
2) MIS to Internal Departments i.e., Insurance department, Budget V/s Actual,
Timely Submission of all MIS
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Qualification - CA, CWA and B.com(10+year)
- Experience - 3-5 years- experience.
