Job Purpose & Context:

a. Spend Analysis

b. Raw material/BOM price tracking and trend analysis

c. Category buying

d. End to end sourcing - RFx, Pre-qualification, vendor identification and development, negotiation, cost comparatives, commercial terms and conditions, approvals

e. Vendor assessment and performance tracking

f. TCO analysis

g. E-sourcing - Experience on Ariba preferred

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

a. Understanding of engineering drawings and specifications

b. Knowledge of vendor database for Indirect materials preferred

c. Presentation skills

d. Negotiations

e. Data analysis and representation

f. Adequate knowledge of S2P process

g. Knowledge of basic legal terms and contracting

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

BE/BTech(From top institute) with 5-8 years of work experience or BE+MBA with 4-6 years- work experience in Indirect Sourcing/Project procurement.

a. IT hardware, Engineering goods, MRO, any items related to Capital expenditure for setting up new restaurants/hotels/offices excluding civil/MEP work

b. Services like Installation & Commissioning, Annual Maintenance Contracts for equipment

c. Approx spend ~ Rs 60-70 Cr per Annum
