Jubilant FoodWorks - Deputy Manager - Accounts Payable - CA

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - 

- Responsible for the accurate & timely processing of around 8000 invoices per month in MM & FI module.

- Manage accounting of invoices of the different areas: CAPEX, Coke, Marketing, PAN India Raw Material Purchases, PAN India Logistic Expenses & OPEX expenses of all the Commissaries

- Manage Outsourced AP Team and provide full support to them and their query resolution

- Responsible for Vendor Reconciliations according to ABC category of coke and marketing vendors

- Responsible for getting Quarterly & Annual Statutory audit closed with respect to Coke & Marketing guidelines. Ensure that there is no deviation between MIS & Audit figures

- Responsible for Coke & Marketing expenses MIS wrt Budget vs Actual and Vs Trend

- Ensure that there is - no-fault- in internal and as well as ICFR audit as a result of sound record keeping and thorough documentation

- Cross-checking of invoice posting, statutory compliances like TDS, WCT, Service Tax, Excise Duty & GST and its reconciliations

- Monitoring that all issues/errors/improvement ideas raised by internal stakeholders are logged

- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies & SOP

- Ensure that team should be customer focused and delivers required level of service at all times

- Ensure all tasks are completed with good quality & within the time stipulated

- Manage query resolution by team for internal business users and external suppliers

- Maintain good audit compliance & internal controls w.r.t. each transaction

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

- Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 + years of Post qualification experience.

- Should be having good interpersonal skills.

- Should be able to adhere with timelines.

- Knowledge about GST will be preferred.

- Should have knowledge of SAP.

- Food, QSR, retail, hospitality industry domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
