Key Responsibilities: (Production and maintenance) 1. Leading and motivating a diverse production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 2. Working to minimize operational downtime and meeting or exceeding production plan requirements. 3. Process Planning, Process Engineering, Capital Purchase and budgeting. 4. Helping with the setup and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for all production operations 5. Responsible for capex and efficiency improvement projects 6. Look after the maintenance of plant machinery, HVAC systems etc. 7. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. 8. Planning, managing and controlling the maintenance budget
