KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description Performance Indicators
- New Product launches and Innovations: To execute National Promotions
- Product/New innovations- testing and finalisation with NPD,
- Store trials, evaluation and analysis;
- National launch, tracking business indices and impact;
- Delivery of budgeted Orders and Avg Ticket Size
- Coordination with new product launch team for successful launch of the product
- Managing Creative agency to deliver high quality creative output to the briefs
- New product incidence/ Tracking of new initiatives as per agreed measurement criteria
- Same Store growth & business indicators
- Bill Value / Order increase as per the objective of the new product
- Time, Cost and Quality of execution of all elements, adherence to product development process and trials pre post effectiveness & ROI of the activation
- Responsible for building Brand Connect and Excitement
- Understand category behaviour
- Identify category needs and role of brand in providing solutions
- Initiatives-new product/communication/engagement initiatives to be in line with brand philosophy and should make the connect stronger - Brand health scores during the campaign and initiatives
- Category development
- Share gain vs other players
- To handle the Market Research and Consumer Insights for the category owned
- Develop growth hypothesis and translate that into a research brief with the help of CMI manager.
- Execute category related research initiatives to gain insight on consumer - Get powerful consumer insights for business at product/consumer level as per requirement
- Timely reporting of findings
- Create internal campaign idea for launches, involving operations and training teams.
- Engaging communication and updating to pep up Stores team and drive new product launches -
- Make The Difference (MTD) Ranking
- Improve MTD Rankings, by identification and timely addressing of issues
- Successful planning and execution of new initiatives, Timely availability of marketing support items for LSM (BT, DH etc)
- Store visits in every quarter - understanding stores issues and evaluating inputs required
- Ensuring revertal times to Operations queries is accelerated
- Understanding of specific Ops team requirement and delivering the same in agreed time - No.1 dept in MTD ranking after operation support
- Store visit reports - issues identified and action taken
- 1 working day response time to operations; 3 working day solution
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Qualification - MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute
- Experience - 6-8 years experience in brand management role with experience in new launches/innovation and consumer research from consumer marketing industries like fmcg / telecom /automobile/retail industry.
- Should have high degree of project management ability
- Should be food enthusiast
