Job Description :

1. JOB DETAILS :

Position Title : Assistant Manager

Department : Procurement (PO team)

2. JOB PURPOSE :

To ensure Capex / Opex procurement have done effectively and efficiently with respect to Company Policies, SOP, DOA, Procedures and within timelines

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : 

- Knowledge of SAP MM module. 

- Communication with Suppliers and OEMs. 

- Preparing schedules for timely procurement of materials and equipment to ensure smooth execution. 

- Preparing & releasing Purchase Order to the supplier according to the rate contracts. 

- Preparing Stock transfer orders for effective material transfer from warehouse/ restaurants. 

- Vouching PR in respect of Approvals, RC and Agreement etc. 

- Maintaining share of Business of all suppliers as per Approved Rate Contract. 

- Generate weekly / monthly MIS and periodic reviewing of purchase during the period. 

 - Formulating MIS reports relating to procurement, Open PO's, SOB & transmitting them to the management for facilitating the decision making process. 

 - Establishing effective Procure to Pay process & Streamlining the system and procedures 

 - Closely work with IT and SAP team for developing new process and smooth implementing the same. 

- Approving Purchase orders and other documents 

 - Work on various projects simultaneously for effectively and efficiently system design and development. 

 - Governance of full procurement process and ensure there is no loop holes and system failures. 

- Good Knowledge of MS Office also

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILL : 

Qualification : Post Graduate Degree from any recognized University preferably in commerce stream. 

Experience : 6-7 years- experience in Procurement field in retail / services industry.
