Role Overview :

The Sales Manager (B2B) is responsible for Sales lead generation and conversion into sales leading to revenue generation. This role will be responsible for acquiring and retaining corporate clients for MICE businesses. The focus will be on contribution to the JTB bottom line and compliance with company policy

Key Responsibilities :

- In Individual contributor role, to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets by promoting best practices, tools and techniques for exceptional sales performance

- Aim for both topline and bottom-line growth and improve self-productivity

- Develop good and cooperative working relationships with Clients and maintaining them over a period of time

- Ensure best practices in the sales process

- Ability to meticulously generate and manage pipeline and conversions

- Detailed report on weekly achievement Vis-a-Vis the targets

- Being the one-point contact or all queries, both pre-sales and after-sales

- Collecting payment from clients as per terms of contract

- Achieving the revenue budget while adhering to company policies and internal processes

- Winning repeat businesses from existing clients

Skill and Competencies :

- High passion, service orientation and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent people management skills

- A Go Getter, Ready reckoner

- Corporate/ High Value Sales

- Strong business acumen in B2B selling market

- Proven track record of handling team and sales performance

- Willing to travel extensively

- Pleasing personality to provide personalized services to high net worth individuals

- Results oriented and driven to succeed with the ability to attract individuals with similar characteristics

- Dynamic and with a true entrepreneurial spirit and passion for a fast-paced, growing environment

Education and Experience :

- Graduate in any specialization with MBA preferably from a reputed institute, and a minimum 8 - 10 years experience in B2B Sales (minimum 3 to 5 years of Team handling & corporate sales experience required).

- Candidate with exposure to travel industry is preferred but not neccessary
