JSW ONE & JSW GROUP:

JSW Group, is a $12 billion conglomerate with presence across various sectors: Steel, Energy, Minerals, Port & Infrastructure, Cement, Ventures, and Paints across India, the US, South America, and Africa.

JSW Group is spearheading a new mission called JSW One to build the most preferred one stop, omni-channel & integrated tech-led offering for SMEs, Influencers & Independent Home Builders (IHBs) leveraging existing products and distribution network of JSW Steel, Cement & Paints.

OBJECTIVE:

- JSW One is looking for an Influencer Sales manager to lead its state operations covering online and offline channel. Influencer segment would include (however not limited to) Contractors, Engineers, Architects, Painters, Fabricators, Masons etc

- He/she will be responsible for overall business generated via the Influencers for a specific state.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Effectively engaging with the influencers and generating the set targeted revenue

- Develop deep understanding of the influencers/customers in the region/state and deliver high quality traffic to the Omnichannel platform (JSW One online platform and JSW One Retail stores), creating and driving customized modules for engagement for each sub segment within influencers

- Own the influencer loyalty program for JSW One for the geography

- Get the influencers to cross sell and up sell the JSW portfolio of products and services thereby maximizing the revenue and engagement.

- Provide insights/ inputs into development of digital/online marketing programs to drive higher brand awareness through increased traffic and customer engagement

- Identify upskilling opportunities for influencers and coordinate with category and solutions team to enable it for the right set

- Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams to establish operational processes needed to support influencer engagement programs

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:

- 4+ Years of customer service experience, preferably in the home building material/services sector (e.g. steel/cement/paints)

- 3+ years operational experience in a B2C (Business-to-Customer) process of any E-commerce and/or retail organization

- Prior experience within an omnichannel retail environment is a plus

- Local Language Skills: Tamil is a must. Kannada is a plus.

- Experience meeting customer needs and building productive customer relationships, taking responsibility for satisfaction and loyalty
