Purpose of the Role The Manager Finance &amp; Accounts will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the financial standing of the company. They will help determine financial strategy and policy, arranging the appropriate funding and managing financial risks in the organization. Critical Tasks - Statutory Compliance under Direct Tax Laws, Indirect Tax Laws &amp; Companies Act - Balance sheet finalization as per Indian accounting system - Budgetary controls - Cash flow management - MIS to top management - Financial Planning &amp; Analysis - Contract management - Coordinating with Banking personal for banking requirement - Supervision of day to day accounting - Responsible for the entire gamut of finance activities: review &amp; report, budgeting, general accounting - Ensure reconciliation of customer payment accounts - Audit planning, liasoning &amp; coordination with Auditors - Coordinating with Operations team at regular intervals for synergy amongst departments - Ensuring compliance to DOP - Fulfilling licensing criteria requirements by sports regulatory bodies - Facilitating financial &amp; tax due diligence by outside agencies Educational qualification and Work Experience - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of experience.
