Roles & Responsibilities 1. Conduct regular Need Gap analysis and continuously creating training session and instances to improve the soft skills and business closures skills of the team 2. Help the team develop and apply the right verbal, written, and listening skills and body language 3. Work closely with team members in OJT environments and provide constructive feedback to the team to help groom a word class customer service and inside sales organization 4. Organizing and executing training session and workshops for larger sales team as per a predefined calendar 5. Help gamify learning and make it tech enabled 6. Create impactful and engaging customer service and inside sales scripts to help the teams engage better, build good connects with the customers and help deliver 7. Role would be to train the Customer service and inside sales teams on soft-skills, communication skills and help build a word class Customer service organization Preferred profile - Preference someone from Amex currently in a similar role
