What you'll do :

- Define and drive overall product vision, strategy and metrics for the project management platform

- Work closely with the team to identify problems, opportunities and solutions that will improve the integrated experience for home construction customers while solving for efficiency amongst internal stakeholders

- Allow turnkey construction contractors to easily manage multiple projects, sub-contractors and disperse teams

- Solve for the entire life-cycle of the home-construction project

- Build relations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to receive input, get feedback, and keep them informed.

- Work with the UI team to conceptualize a unique and delightful user expereince

- Collaborate with a team of Product Managers as we continue to evolve our product offering.

- Work passionately to ensure your team is focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs.

- Ensure that innovation and disruption are primary characteristics of our DNA.

Who you are :

- Over 7 years of experience working with agile development teams

- Experience in building large scale project management products

- High customer centricity and experience in building consumer interfaces

- Good understanding of next gen technologies that will be used for platform engineering and how some of them can be used in new product features

- You have a big interest in building relations with internal stakeholders and learning about their projects and needs.

- You are a great team leader, caring both about the physical & mental health of individuals and technical health of the team's products.

- You demonstrate strong communication and project management skills.

- You have deep technical knowledge of how to optimize user experiences in applications powered by the internet and a big interest in using data and insights to guide work.

- You enjoy participating in complex technical discussions and decision-making in the team.

- You are a curious go-getter. You can inspire change, adapt quickly and enjoy a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
