Senior Product Manager (Martech)
About JSW One:
JSW Group is spearheading a new mission called JSW One to build the most preferred one stop, omni-channel & integrated tech-led offering for SMEs, Independent Home Builders (IHBs) and turn-key construction contractors leveraging existing products and distribution network of JSW Steel, Cement & Paints.
To fulfil the above mission, we're looking for entrepreneurial and experienced product managers to join our team in Mumbai and play a key role in building the product and the technology. You will be building products that completely change the home builder's experience and bring transparency, trust & delight to the home construction process. Working directly with both customer and internal technology and business leaders alike, this role presents an opportunity to have a tangible impact on the future of the home construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- As a MarTech product manager, you will play an intersecting role between technology, UX, and business.
A day-in-the-life of your work includes:
- Identifying Marketing Researching for all existing products, user needs and technology capabilities to address them
- Identifying concrete use cases that can be prioritized based data led decision making Creating BRDs, PRDs as documentation and obtaining buy in from the users
- Influencing users in how they successfully apply the capabilities you deploy
- Ensuring the timely completion of various MarTech/AdTech projects/tool implementation & help in initial business use cases & help in initial business use cases
- Integrate marketing technology products within our overall tech stack
- Tracking effectiveness of various MarTech/AdTech projects/tool implementation Ensuring smooth cross department collaboration & leading right processes, approvals, documentation
- Responsible for articulating and communicating the impact of decisions on upstream and downstream areas, trade-offs, benefits
- Ensure Agile based product design and development life cycle and administer UAT sessions
Skill Set:
- 6+ years of experience as Product Manager, Business analyst in building Marketing tech products
- Experience in configuring and managing Marketing Technology products and familiarity with automation technology and approaches
- Experience working in a cross-functional, agile product team or in analytics domain
- Deep analytical skills that uses structured and unstructured data to inform key metrics and improve business decision making
- Influencing skills that compel and persuade individuals or teams that operate inside and outside the company without direct authority
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, information systems, or similar field
