Associate Project Manager / SCRUM Master - We have an opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master/APM (5-7 years) with a proven track record in successfully operating within the Agile Scrum environment. - As Sr. Scrum Master/APM you will work closely with the Product Owner, developers, testers and all relevant stakeholders to direct development in line with development standards ensuring the principles, engineering practices and Scrum framework are implemented correctly. - In the role of Sr. Scrum Master/APM, you will collaborate team(s) to ensure they are fully aware of the strategic context of their work; have clarity on the relevant strategic goals and broader program plans, and developing an innovative, creative environment to give the team space to focus on the task at hand; Own the deliveries from Scrum Teams. Technical Skills: - Should be Scrum Certified (at least PSM - I or CSM - I or higher) - Project Management Certification(Good to have) - Proficient in Agile Scrum methodology, Kanban, Scrum-ban, etc. - Proficient in project planning, sprint & release planning, monitoring & control and reporting through tooling (JIRA, Scrum boards, burndowns, etc.) - Have previous experience of delivering projects in an Agile Scrum environment - with at least 5 years of experience as a SCRUM Master or Asst. Project Manager & experience of working with remote teams. - Proficient with standards of SDLC, TDLC - Strong command over JIRA and Confluence - Excellent knowledge/experience on BDD, TDD, Extreme Programming or any other frameworks - Exposure to eCommerce, WEB/WAP portals
