Position Name Deputy Manager / Manager - HR  Position Details  Division: Human Resources  Location: JSW Centre  Reports to : VP - Human Resources  Date: 3rd Oct 2017  No. of positions: 1  Purpose - Why does this role exist :  To handle end to end recruitment activities for the entire JSW Paints at corporate & plant level.  Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators) :  - All recruitment related work at Corporate & Plant level.   - Mapping of positions across industries.   - Job Market Research.   Critical Tasks  - Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle.  - Identifying manpower needs, formulating recruitment strategies based on Manpower Plans and business requirements and closing the vacancies well within time.  - Sourcing profile from various sources like websites, referrals, advertisements, placement partners and own network.  - Short-listing the profiles and conducting preliminary interviews of candidates.  - Coordinating with different heads for scheduling the interviews.  - Preparing Salary Fitments, Negotiations and issuing Offers.  - Vendor Management and Liaison with recruitment agencies.  - Preparing recruitment related MIS report.  - Decision-making authority (Decisions expected)  - Providing right manpower at right time across location.   Educational Background and Work Experience   Educational Background :   Qualification: BA / B.Com /BSC / B.E, with MBA in HR  Work Experience :   Experience: 4-6 Years out of which 2 years- experience of working in plant  Industry: Paints Preferable / Manufacturing  Working Knowledge of SAP is compulsory  Competencies  - Functional Knowledge  - Quick response  - Execution excellence  - Time Management  - Ownership & drive for results  - Relationship building / Interpersonal skill  - People Orientation  - Customer Centricity  Working relationships - Stakeholders  Internal :  Internal Coordination with all departments & plants of JSW External :  Coordination with placement partners
