Work Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad Experience Required: 10+ Years Industry: Need to have prior experience in Business Advisory Firms and dealing with Financial Services; Global Taxation; Legal; Enterprise Risk Management etc Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Determines customers needs by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. - Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors- products. - Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives. - Obtains product market share by working with management to develop product sales strategies. - Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results. - Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. - Develop a detailed sales action plan. - Mastering technical features of products and services being sold - Using client relationship management software to track and analyze sales productivity - Evaluating and selecting sales talent based on company needs - Conducting product demonstrations using public speaking and sales skills - Maintain sales results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. - Keep current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Successful previous experience as an IT sales manager. Skills required: - MBA (Marketing) from Premium institutions. - Required to have prior experience in Product Sales (Process improvements) - Having prior experience in identifying target markets and establish successful plans to execute the Go To Market (GTM) Strategy would be advantageous. - You are required to interact with C Level and having prior experience would be more advantageous - You are required to have experience in Process Automation using various software tools and SharePoint as a platform - Should have participated in the end-to-end Sales cycle - Identification to Closure. - You are required to ensure that the deliveries meet the SLA and give constant updates to Customers and Clients alike. - Having good experience in any of the CRM Tools would be ideal. - Having relevant experience in responding to RFP in consultation with the various parties involved. - You would be required to act as a Solution Architect while communicating the gathered requirements to the Development Team. - You are one of the Tech Savy persons who are up to date with the latest technologies and understand the larger Technology Landscape. - This role requires a person with a good Technology appetite and has a distinct focus on helping the Customers in the Identification of Process Improvements.
