Responsibilities:

- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality products in consulting engagements in a high-paced environment.

- Candidates with no prior experience in a Consulting Firm will not be considered.

- Degree with a minimum of 4 years of total experience with at least 2 years in a large, top-tier strategy consulting firm.

- Prior experience working for, or consulting with healthcare payers or providers is required.

- Advanced excel modeling and advanced PowerPoint techniques

- Independently leading deliverables and directly interacting with the client.

- Structuring engagement activities, delegating effectively and coaching junior staff.

- Strategy development experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements:

- This position requires two critical elements :

a. Deep healthcare expertise in either the Payer or Provider domain

b. Prior strategy and operations consulting experience in a large, reputable firm.

- You will be directly responsible for owning and leading specific deliverables in client engagements as well as mentoring junior staff through their engagements and deliverables.

- This is a client-facing role and you will have direct interactions with the client.

- Leadership and the ability to be a player/coach are key characteristics of being successful in this role.
