Candidates from peer companies will be preferred.  Position Summary  The TS Product Head (Vice President level) is responsible for managing the entire suite of India Cash Product including Payments/Receivables/Channel/Liquidity/Cross border payment Services for JPM India's corporate clients across various market segments including the large Local corporate, subsidiaries of Multinational Corporate relationships across the globe and Non-  Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI).  Key Responsibilities :  1. Business Ownership  - Accountable to deliver the country Revenue and Expense plan  2. New Products and Projects Delivery  - Strategize, Develop new & strengthen existing products, systems & processes of the entire suite of Products by duly assessing the Business opportunity  - Ability to leverage emerging technologies (Blockchain, API, Robotics to name a few) and apply them in the context of client solutions  - Ability to manage multiple projects and getting the right mix of application design and technology to deliver the product within timelines  - Work closely with Technology teams along the lifecycle of project delivery, to ensure seamless and timely delivery  3. Partnership with Sales/Relationship teams  - Participate in key client pitches, in partnership with the Relationship team  - Provide segment specific solutions based on understanding of client needs  - With the knowledge of Product capabilities, have an ability to contribute in providing compelling client pitches  4. Track Regulatory and Market developments  - Maintain harmonious relationships with key regulators/clearing house and advocate future looking updates  - Track all Regulatory circulars/announcements and evaluate impact to Product/processes  - Ensure stringent compliance with all rules and regulations impacting the product portfolio  - Continuously analyze and update competitive landscape  5. Network management  - Constantly identify opportunities to work with external service providers to augment the Product suite and client experience  - Manage relationships with existing external partners & service providers to ensure optimal service delivery to the Firm  6. Stakeholder management  - Ability to clearly articulate Product capability/roadmap/vision to key stakeholders  - Liaise with various internal Regional &Global teams and act as a Subject Matter Expert for India capabilities  - Partner Control functions (including Compliance, Legal, Risk) to ensure that Product/Operations/Technology are well aligned on an ongoing basis  Experience: Minimum 12 years overall work experience, with majority in Corporate Transaction Banking scope.  Competencies -   - Sound understanding of the Product management process covering entire Cash management & Cross-border payment services  - Good problem solving/analytical, planning & organizing skills.  - Planning, scheduling and monitoring deliverables, within a stipulated time frame using effective methods  - Good team management skills / working with multiple stakeholders
