The candidate will work directly with the business and financial leads within Enterprise Technology and all four Tech lines of business in order to execute on all strategic plans, agendas, projects, action items and key deliverables. There will be interaction with Corporate Controllers to assist in forming the story as part of the monthly financial close process. The candidate will assist in the build-out of reporting metrics to influence Finance & Technology Senior Management decision making. The role demands strong analytical skills, creative presentation skills, technical abilities, flexibility to manage multiple work related deliverables and an ability to recommend and influence change. Partner with the Senior Leadership Team and Directs in all areas of financial control management including planning, monthly forecasting and reporting, headcount planning and tracking, productivity tracking, run rate analysis, monitoring expenses, and cost recovery. - Partner with Global and Regional PMOs and Project Managers for Executive Management Reporting for status of critical technology programs and milestones. - Suggest and implement controls to improve efficiency & accuracy of existing processes and reporting. Build and roll out new training efforts to address knowledge gaps. - Participate in the supply and demand management process to ensure the proper prioritization and implementation of key programs. Lead Financial Control initiatives and increase transparency around expense management and expense forecasting. - Implement key MIS performance analytics and reporting, including monthly Executive Management Reporting for CIO, CTOs, and Operating Committee level clients. - Drive consumable and vendor management related expenses to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement. - Prepare for and participate in governance forums including weekly staff, contractor and software signing parties, vendor management and infrastructure review meetings. - Coordinate Corporate Location Strategy submissions in line with Global Technology guidelines through interfacing with Technology business and Corporate Real Estate organization. Manage demand forecast and validate Real Estate billing based on Corporate Location Strategy. - Track all key action items and deliverables associated with governance, metrics, and business management agenda. - Provide support for regional management meetings, town halls, and communications. - Provide Business Management consultancy and guidance. - Provide finance oversight and governance for ET India, in co-ordination with the ET CFO, Tower Finance Directors and India GSC Legal Entity Controllers - Have thorough understanding of direct expense budgeting/forecasting and indirect allocation process planning processes - Drive monthly financial reviews for ET India GSC At least 12+ years of overall experience in BFSI domain - 8+ years of relevant Business Management experience - Expert level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint - Experience in making good decisions with limited information - Must be able to interface effectively with senior levels of the organization - Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator - Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, application of financial formulas, macros) MS SharePoint, MS PowerPoint and Visio
