Key Responsibilities : - Partner with the Senior Leadership Team and Directs in all financial control management including headcount planning and tracking, monthly forecasting, productivity tracking - Partner with global and Regional PMOs and project management Leads for executive management reporting - Participate in the supply and demand management process - Drive initiative to increase transparency around expense management - Track all key actions items and deliverables associated with governance, metrics and business management - Provide support for regional management meetings, townhalls, team engagement, hiring and talent management - Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives - Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals - Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.) - Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers - Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. - Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives. - Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. - Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
