- Software Engineering VP with 15+ years of ETL and Data warehousing experience preferentially in financial domain.

- Strong technical, analytical skills with a commercial mind set and having extensive experience working up to CXO levels in putting forth design and architectural solutions.

- Deep understanding of Data engineering and ETL practices, governance and analytics and expected to have worked on BIG Data Platform and Cloud technologies.

- Experience of managing one or more scrum teams and working with Product Owners and APOs for product backlog refinement.

- Good knowledge of SRE practices and LEAN principles.

- Prior knowledge of traditional ETL tools and schedulers are good to have.
