Position Summary : To help drive the transformation, Chase is seeking a talented & proven VP,Senior Product Manager, Automation. The candidate will be part of the shipping team and will lead the automation effort required to carry out the User Acceptance testing for multiple payment lifecycles and different payment methods. The individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Product satisfies all the merchant requirements and is ready for launch to a Merchant partner.Helix is born Agile and uses a comprehensive framework of processes and events to direct delivery. The candidate is expected to be versed in Agile practices. This position will succeed by shipping product that meets and exceeds customer expectations, delivering stakeholder results. Responsibilities / Skillsets : - Manage product testing framework, automation, & execution - Conduct final validation in pre-production & post-production environments (Synthetic testing) work with SRE for DVT and PVT deployment scripts - Conduct ongoing inspection / validation of client journey design & value intent - Conduct end-to-end UAT of client solutions across product domains - 5+ years in product development / release management / quality assurance (QA) - 5+ years experience in Agile product delivery & software engineering; payments& merchant acquiring a plus - 5+ years experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud, big data, microservices, API- s, etc. - Strong executive presence; comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management - Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written) - Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams - Ability to productively work in a matrix management organization - Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills a must - Be awesome and have fun!
