CIB_Project Manager_Vice president Description : AI & Data Analytics Program / Project Manager - VP The role on the AI & Analytics team centers around delivering AI / ML enabled solutions that innovate and transform the Operations Business. The VP will join a large and diverse team of change leaders that emphasizes global collaboration and end to end partnership. This role requires an experienced PM that is particularly adept at data analysis and passionate about innovation. This individual will be trusted with managing the program book of work for one or more business areas and must be able to assess new initiatives and drive opportunities through completion. All projects will involve data, and the new team member will need to: - Gain a foundational understanding of the broad suite of "no-code / low-code" digital tools in order to identify and assess the alpha (high impact) opportunities. - Through hands-on training, become an expert on a specific product, OWL (Pro DQ), and act as lead for one or more business areas. - Assist the aligned business area(s) in driving AI adoption by onboarding opportunities to "OWL" Analytics - For the aligned business area(s), deliver end-to-end solutions and manage the respective BoW by - Gaining thorough knowledge of the necessary implementation steps and protocols and guiding the stakeholders on this process - Running discovery / design sessions and engaging SME's (Subject Matter Experts) in working groups to execute proof of concept solutions. - Validate the proof-of-concept effectiveness by analyzing the solution output (Example: Train the AI models, assess behavior, identify outliers, perform element shape analysis, ai rule curation, and more) - Closely partner with the business / stakeholders to derive insights and refine the solution to a point at which it can be turned over and operationalized into their "BAU" - Regularly report on active project(s) status and perform periodic post go live check ins after solutions have been delivered / completed. - Publish program metrics & status reporting to senior management for respective business area to achieve a high pace of adoption, and deliver tangible business value - Influence senior management with shaping the product roadmap, long term program/product sustainability decisions (functional and technical) and shaping the overall product strategy based off discoveries (such as the identification of common themes and repeatable patterns, scalable solutions, etc. - Liaise with the product / Engineering team to establish data connections for the aligned business area. - Act as a first point of contact for business users in troubleshooting, triaging incidents, and prioritizing backlog of initiatives. - Promote adoption awareness, and improve user education through building out the training library, partnership on marketing efforts, presenting solution showcases, office hour trainings, immersion days, etc. - Oversee testing new product features, prioritizing/proposing enhancement requests and more. - End to end stakeholder coordination (Partner with Tech & Product teams to assess Release Management in alignment with business priorities) - Provide data intelligence to senior management through metrics and reporting, data mapping, data visualizations, etc. - Identify and propose business cases by performing data deep dives (From data provider to consumer) Qualifications: - For consideration, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in the financial industry or have equivalent knowledge / experience using AI / ML and "no-code / low code" tools. - Candidates must possess a basic understanding of banking operations / financial products, data management polices/best practices, and technical architecture knowledge a plus. - Candidates should have proven success in a previous product/program management experience - A working knowledge of basic PM competencies / Agile methodology is a plus. - Candidates must be comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict and informed risk taking - Candidates must be able to manage and deliver on multiple streams of work concurrently without needing a defined procedure / direction - Culturally, candidates must share the team values such as collaboration, diversity, and respect.
