Description :


- As a Product Owner and Project Manager ,you will lead/ drive reference data transformation initiatives and support for various projects .


- You may be involved in multiple projects or initiatives ,working across the whole project lifecycle ,researching new projects ,business process changes ,configurations and system modifications .


- Through strong partnership with Product ,Operations and Technology counterparts, you will work on creating innovative solutions.


- Primary area of focus will include eliciting project requirements using interviews, document analysis ,requirement workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases ,business and workflow analysis.


- As a Senior Project Manager ,you will critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources ,reconcile conflicts ,decompose high-level information into details ,abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.


- Additionally ,you will assist in the overall coordination and management of the program, including status ,scorecards and other key project management functions.

Responsibilities :

- Define the area product vision, roadmap ,product metrics and OKRs in partnership with Product Manager

- Lead scoping and high level business analysis workshops

- Own the end to end delivery of a set of features and capabilities

- Collaborate with other product owners and analysts across the business to ensure coherent design

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across Product Development ,Technology and Operations

- Partner with tech management, data architects, UX expert at inception phase to ensure solution is optimal & scalable and in line with strategic vision.

- Identify opportunity areas for operational efficiencies

- Participate in agile best practices including: Writing User stories, backlog refinement, story grooming sessions, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint retrospective and demo backs.

- Ensure product adheres to good data quality standards . Managing data remediation & Data migration as part of project delivery.

- Proactively engage and communicate business requirements/priorities and project status to senior stakeholders.

- Ensure the UAT is complete, training delivered, sign off gathered and release notes documented.

- Coordinate with release manager to deliver projects in line with release timelines and support technology with production releases

- Monitor the success of the deliverables and seek continuous improvement to ensure stakeholders objectives are met

Skills and Experience :

- Several years of experience in software product development and change management functions

- Proficiency with product/project management tools (eg : Jira ,confluence) , MS Office (eg : PowerPoint ,Visio ,Excel ) and Working knowledge on digital tools (eg : Alteryx and Tableau)

- Reference Data Account & Standing Settlement Instruction knowledge will be an added advantage

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities

- Prior experience in software delivery role, with experience in the banking/financial services industry is preferred

- Prior experience in an agile focused development organization with experience in managing change in iterative manner

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Highly energetic self-starter with a focus on obtaining results

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate across teams to meet deliverables
