Description: Chase is seeking a highly motivated India based Product Owner to envision and deliver Authentication and Identity Management solutions for our 60MM+ Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) customers. In this role, the candidate will partner with stakeholders across CCB to bring compelling customer experiences to life. We are looking for someone that has experience in recruiting, developing and retaining high performing agile teams to help us grow our operations in India. Building a cohesive culture and operating model between our growing India operations and the U.S. will be a critical part of the role. Job description: This role will include, but not be limited to, the following: - Collaborate with U.S. colleagues to define India product organization scope and responsibilities - Partner closely with Technology lead to accelerate hiring and team development - Collaborate with U.S. colleagues on the creation of a short, medium, and long term road map - Manages and refines product backlog items to drive value in accordance with business stakeholder priorities - Execute business and technical requirement analysis, definition and JIRA management - Partner with agile lead to adopt and continually improve agile practices - Help to accelerate tech modernization efforts - Helps remove impediments for the team - Manage key relationships and communications with stakeholders including to senior executives - Participate and facilitate meetings as required - Act as a strategic partner to product managers across the team Experience and requirements - 5+ years of digital product or project management or relevant experience - Authentication, identity management, and/or fraud mitigation - Banking, account opening, payments, and/or new business development - Platform systems and operations for large scale enterprises - Agile product development techniques and practices - Ability to map business processes and identify requirements from those processes - Experience in defining and building out product roadmap and business models - Experience managing high-performing teams and supporting a culture that attracts, retains and develops top talent - Respects, values and promotes diversity and inclusion - Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills - Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team - BS or MS in Business Management or comparable field of study - Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills to both technical and product audiences, including senior executives - Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and with JIRA JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
