Roles & Responsibilities :

- Primary responsibilities of the position is to manage the day to day operational activities for Standby/Guarantee functional team. Preferred candidates should have comprehensive knowledge of UCP, ISP & URDG, Boycott regulations, OFAC compliance with strong decision making capability.

- Should have an ability to analyze the processes and identify improvement areas and suggest/execute the action plan to improve the efficiency and turnaround time

- Should support the managers in driving efficiency into the process model by bringing in the best practice after detailed analysis of process. This includes but not limited to assessing service quality and identifying areas for process improvement, service or tech initiatives

- Should be able to think through problems, manage the crisis situations through proper escalation matrix and motivate team

- Develops and exercises business plan, internal procedures and demonstrates an ability to lead projects, offer innovative solutions and cost efficiency opportunities

- Accountable for integrity of process, operations and associated results

- Should supports a wide range of stakeholders (Product, sales, client service, partner site and Tech support)

- Builds the effective relationships with management and internal stakeholders, also should have ability to influence them where necessary

- Preferably the CDCS/CSDG/CITF Candidate

Experience, Qualification & Skill Set:

- 12-18 years of Trade experience, Strong business knowledge on Trade products, processes and system knowledge.

- Excellent attention to detail, and an ability to know when a deep dive approach is appropriate

- Ability to drive results through a hands on approach

- Skilled in identifying talent, recruiting, coaching, mentoring and developing team members

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adept to communicate with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization

- Can operate in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and can prioritize one's own and teams work to achieve them.

- Ability to partner with demanding stakeholders, managing their expectations while developing strong working relationships with them

- Understanding of operational risks and related controls, audit and internal control framework

- Confidence to challenge, and be challenged, whilst remaining a positive 'can-do' outlook
