CB-WLS-LS Product Owner Manager-Vice President Description: About Commercial Banking & Wholesale Lending Services At JPMorgan Chase, Commercial Banking ("CB") serves more than 30,000 clients, including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. CB is comprised of Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries, Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries, Real Estate Banking, Commercial Term Lending and Community Development Banking. Business Banking ("BB"), a division of Consumer and Community Banking, provides deposit, credit, and cash management services to companies with up to approximately $20 million in annual revenue. Asset & Wealth Management serves institutional, ultra-high net worth, high net worth and individual clients through its Asset Management and Wealth Management ("WM") businesses. Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) exists within Commercial Banking Global Services organization and provides loan servicing functions to all four JPMorgan lines of business. These functions include loan documentation, closing and funding, payment and fee processing, syndication loan and trade processing, credit administration and collateral perfection and management. Transformation & Simplification Excellence: - In depth understanding of commercial Lending (vendor) applications like Finastra Loan IQ, FIS -ACBS and other market leading commercial lending platforms - Strong product knowledge/hands on experience and domain expertise on commercial lending operations, E2E process/loan life cycle - Reengineer processes in correlation with Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and external payments, collection of interest, Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation, Collateral & Insurance tracking on commercial lending - Evaluate business processes, requirements analysis, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions - Elicit, analyze, and validate the business needs. Serve as liaison between stakeholders and users - Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards - Create process models, specifications, diagram, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project teams. Effectively manage competing resources and priorities. - Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders - Participates in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized Talent: - Business reengineering, large data handling and problem-solving skills. Logical acumen with keen attention to detail. - Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure - An interest and understanding of project management techniques and business analysis. Commercial awareness, time management and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - A strong interest in business and business development and fair understanding of information technology - Create and deliver functional training on products/modules. Mentor team from a functional perspective to ensure delivery of the module. Key Responsibilities: Innovation: - Contribute ideas / areas requiring improvements/best practices based on project implementation, team feedback etc. - Identifying alternatives, options, and different ways of looking at issues/problems and to seek alternative scenario's - Ability to identify changes to processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency - Develops personas either alone or in conjunction with a team including user experience experts.
