New client Onboarding and Conversion team is responsible for Onboarding and converting new and existing clients across Mutual and Pension space on to Fund accounting platform. Main Duties and Responsibilities: As an Associate in Global Funds Services, you will : - Drive and lead initiatives across key business pillars namely Efficiency, Controls, Audit and BCP - Partner management - Encourage innovative culture within the team. - Ensure adequate contribution in planning, monitoring and execution of BAU by the team. - Perform test checks on quality of operations - Drive resolution of exceptions with ORM / management - Lead and ensure completion of daily activities are timely. - Audit compliance and co-operation - Ideate and Implement efficiency and/ or controls improvement initiatives - Lead / Encourage and Participate in various LOB &amp; Organization level initiatives.
