Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic individual with a keen interest in asset management within Trusts &amp; Estates space, has enthusiasm to drive their own work agenda and lead our Trusts &amp; Estates team in Mumbai, India as a Vice President. The role will involve participating in, and overseeing the core responsibilities of the group, building and maintaining an effective engagement model with the Global Trusts &amp; Estate team, and ensuring the team runs in an efficient and effective manner with a strong focus on data/document management and maintenance, communication and QA/QC. Key Responsibilities - Manage a team of professionals supporting certain data/document management and maintenance functions of the Global Trusts &amp; Estates team - Gain understanding and provide subject matter expertise to the team on various functions of Trusts &amp; Estates Practice, including but not limited to the types of accounts, data/documents associated with specific types of accounts, communication required at the time of opening new accounts and closing existing accounts - Develop and maintain internal procedures, job aids and checklists - Identify areas of risk and pro-actively propose innovative business solutions required to increase efficiency of information flow and communication within the team as well as with the team in the US - Ensure consistency and process efficiencies across the team - Mentor and develop junior professionals Essential Skills &amp; Experience: - 12+ years of work experience with 7+ years in the financial services industry - investment and/or asset and wealth management experience preferred - Bachelor's/PG degree required - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including 5+ years of prior experience managing teams - Excellent communication skills - written &amp; verbal (experience in client communications preferred) - Exceptional relationship management skills - with the ability to liaise with internal and external partners - Process oriented and strong analytical skills - Experience working with data/documents and systems - Previous experience working in the Trusts &amp; Estates space a plus JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
